Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information MemoPost (“MemoPost,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email admin@memopost.co.

Information we collect

• Free rewrite requests. When you submit the free rewrite form, we collect your name, email address, and the LinkedIn post text or link you provide.
• Account & billing. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details. We do not store your full card number — we receive only limited billing information such as your name, email, and subscription status.
• Service content (subscribers). When you subscribe and send us voice memos, we process those memos, the transcripts made from them, and the draft posts we prepare for your approval.
• Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) that measure aggregate page views and visits. This does not build a personal profile of you or track you across other sites.

How we use your information

• To create and deliver your free rewrite.
• To provide the service: transcribe your voice memos, draft posts in your voice, send them for your approval, and schedule approved posts.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate with you about your request, drafts, and account, and to send occasional follow-up emails about the service. Every follow-up includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Service providers we share with

We share information only as needed to run the service, with providers that process it on our behalf:

• Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Resend — sending transactional email (your rewrite, drafts, and account messages).
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• AI transcription and drafting providers — to transcribe your voice memos and prepare draft posts.
• Email, scheduling, and CRM tools — to follow up on requests and, with your authorization, schedule and publish approved posts to your LinkedIn.

We do not sell your personal information. Nothing is published to your LinkedIn without your explicit approval.

Data retention

Voice memos are handled as part of the paid service: when you send one, it is stored encrypted and automatically deleted after 90 days unless you ask us to keep it. We retain lead and account information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email admin@memopost.co and we’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe. Subscribers can manage or cancel billing at any time through the Stripe customer portal.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above.
