Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MemoPost (“MemoPost,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or subscribing to the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
MemoPost is a done-for-you LinkedIn ghostwriting service. You send a short weekly voice memo; we transcribe it and prepare draft LinkedIn posts in your voice. You review and approve each draft, and we schedule and publish the posts you approve. Nothing is published without your approval.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you own or have the right to share the content in your voice memos and posts, and that it’s accurate and lawful.
- You review every draft before it publishes. You are responsible for the content you approve.
- You’re responsible for complying with LinkedIn’s own terms of use.
Content and ownership
You own your voice memos and the final posts. You grant us the limited license needed to process your inputs and deliver the service (for example, transcribing memos, drafting posts, and scheduling approved content). We don’t claim ownership of your content.
Fees and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the plan price shown at checkout (prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise).
- Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime through the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Your first post is free with no obligation.
Free rewrite
The free rewrite is provided as-is with no obligation to purchase. We may limit it to one per person.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use MemoPost to create or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, hateful, or that violates the rights of others. We may decline or stop work that breaches these Terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We help you show up consistently and sound like yourself, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as engagement, follower growth, or business results, which depend on many factors outside our control. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn and are not responsible for actions LinkedIn takes on your account.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MemoPost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end the service for accounts that breach these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
